12. I'm an atheist, but I don't attend atheist meetings...

... and the like. Why would I? It's my individual conclusion, and I don't need to belong to a group of similar-thinking individuals for some kind of group-thinking "validation" of it.

It's why I felt dumbfounded after I asked some questions about a religious group here, especially after someone wrote a reply to me along the lines of, "How would you feel if we made inquiries about atheists?" Uh, I wouldn't care!

I suggest to not play their game. They're most likely right-wing authoritarians who identify themselves with their group more than relying upon their own reasoning abilities, and they desire to identify everyone else similarly to themselves in that regard. They love "us vs. them" group dynamics.
