but this woman’s appearance reminds me of ‘Backwards-B Girl’ who claimed an Obama supporter held her down and carved the letter ‘B’ (presumably for ‘Barack’) into her forehead, backward unless you’re watching yourself in a mirror and get left and right mixed up.

Article doesn’t have a full description of the imaginary rapist, but I’m very interested in how she characterized the melanin level of his skin.
