8. Why are prices still so high? Corporate greed, some say.

It's frustrating to see prices remain high, and it's understandable why many, like Nick Rosolino, feel corporate greed plays a big role. While initial price hikes were driven by supply chain issues and increased demand during the pandemic, it seems some companies have taken advantage of the situation to boost their profits. This has left small business owners and consumers struggling.

Rosolino, who runs a small cleaning business in rural Maine, sees firsthand how rising costs for necessary products are making it hard to break even. He believes that the drive for higher profits by big corporations is a major factor in keeping prices elevated.

Feeling squeezed by these high prices, it's easy to see why many people are disillusioned with the current state of the economy. Corporate greed is a real concern and one that impacts the everyday lives of hardworking individuals trying to make ends meet.
