The absolute vileness of the governor's hasty bankruptcy has taken on epic proportions.

The goal is to remove all the poor (and making them pay for their own removal) and develop the city for the elite. A Potemkin city would arise from the ashes of a fire lit in 1967...a plastic city full of plastic people living on plastic credit cards.
