1. Well, I'm not being told to wear them, BUT harassment is cause by people, not by the clothes worn

And that's my opinion about that.

Being told to wear skirts that make employees feel uncomfortable would be a different conversation.

But I don't like the framing of the "concern" and the way it places "cause" on the uniform and the wearers, rather than on the perpetrators of harassment.
