32. What I think irks me THE MOST about the aftereffects of being raped

is that we are considered by so many to "have problems" after our rape. They never mention the rapist is the person who had the problems and attacked another human being (although so few consider women human beings, it seems). The rapists are the ones who "have problem" not those of us who have to deal with the very real aftereffects of being raped.

I'd be happy to see all these rape apologists and pro date rape posters* kicked off DU.

*I'm not sure if anyone else remembers the person who admitted to date raping a woman in an OP here on Du and getting away with it in real life and here on DU. I remember it, but lost all of my links.
