(I'm currently taking a Bachelor of commerce, nearly done!) we watched a video about how so many corporation's board of directors have less than 10% female members. So one country (darn can't remember...Norway?) made a law that a certain percent of corporate BODs had to be women. Turns out, those corporations with higher percentages of females, perform better! Very interesting stuff. It also touched on why so many boards were leery of having female members - turns out it amounts to the "ol'boys club" mentality.
