A minister says rape is 'sometimes right'! Sign the Avaaz petition [View all]
It's hard to believe, but after two girls were gang raped, then hanged in India, a minister said of rape: "sometimes it's right, sometimes it's wrong." It's awful but we can help change this. I just signed a petition backing Indian activists in condemning this and demanding action -- join me to call on India's new Prime Minister to take action.
