Yes, GD silenced me yet, you gave me a new way to speak again to be heard, thank you for that and thanks to HoF.

Yes, the voices of sanity and reason are being told to sit down, women don't ya know are to be seen not heard. You again and again, Baines now Tuesday. Time and again silenced for telling the truth. We tell the stories of our history as women I guess many are uncomfortable with that, ah that line from the movie A Few Good Men comes to mind... "You can't handle the truth".

Abuse is a silent crime, many times unreported. So the stats on abuse are far higher than reported. I dare anyone to look me in the eye and unequivocally that no one they know is abused. 'Cause the women, they aren't telling...

My husband thought he had me cowering, no he did not and neither will DU. I may have been silent then, I sure as hell will not be now.
