58. Prescriptions from online Canadian Pharmacy -- much cheaper

I take an epilepsy medication and I have to take brand name as the generics can differ drastically in active ingredient. In the US brand name would cost over $800 a month. I get my doctor to give me a hard copy RX and order from an authorized online Canadian pharmacy. Cost for 90 days of brand name is less than $200. Comes in manufacture’s packaging. I have done this for years. I pay out of pocket.

Not all drugs can be purchased from Canadian pharmacies. Controlled substances cannot,

(NOTE: This may be helpful in regards to Medicare Part D which some have said can be expensive. If Medicare Part D price for a drug too much, search for same drug from Online Canadian Pharmacies)
