3. What fucked up logic! Of course it's republican logic so what else is new?

We can't prevent them from buying guns cause they would know we are watching them? WTF? If they are suspected terrorists I WANT THEM TO KNOW THEY ARE BEING WATCHED! I sure as fuck DON'T want them buying guns! "We lose the ability to track them"? For fuck sake, somebody already tracks EVERYTHING you do. Amazon tells me when I visited them last and what I looked at. They spy on our every move! Every phone call, every credit card purchase, EVERYTHING! Shit, they even know what I bought for dinner!

If the no fly list is fucked up (and it is) fix the fucking list but don't sell terrorists guns cause "FREEDUMB!"

As to background checks, I can't tell you. I just went through one about a week ago. They ask a bunch of really stupid questions like "Are you a fugitive from justice?" Yeah, I'm gonna check that one. I have no idea what they check when they run it through the national database but it's pretty obvious that they don't look very hard because even people who are on the no fly list pass the test.
