Which charges? Reckless child endangerment, manslaughter, accessory to a crime with a firearm? I'm sure that a creative prosecutor could come up with several logical and pertinent laws which were broken in this case. 5 adults in the home and no one was watching the babies?

I guess I forgot that this happened in Texas, and the 3-year-old was just standing her ground.
