Just another loop hole......I knew they existed, but I've never experienced it before.

I put my motorcycle for sale on Craigslist today and one response was an offer of a trade. One item offered in the trade was a "Arsenal SGL21-63 AK 47 that only has 100rds through it and comes with 500rds of ammunition and five 30 round magazines and more".

I have no idea who this person is. I've heard of and have seen the trading of weapons between people who know each other, but never between strangers like this.

And no, I'm not even remotely considering this offer. It sucks that these type of weapons can be traded / exchanged so easily. Besides, I want the cash
