I support this and also this helps not make criminals out of people traveling to NYC with locked and unloaded and secured guns.

I really like the pre-built prohibited constantly updated persons list. I would also like to see a system implemented that would allow private buyers to complete a secure background check and be issued a certificate/token for clean pass they can provide to seller. This could be totally voluntary but the current system does not allow a private system to run a check at all unless they pay a dealer to do the xfer. I personally wont sell person to person because of this.
