3. NRA can bitch and moan all they want,

it's well within the right of Gov. Brown to sign this piece of legislation and return control of gun control laws to the local level.
But, me personally, I think that's a bad idea, it creates a hogde podge of laws that could be confusing, you could drive from one town where you are legal into another town where you're illegal.

There should be just one governing body making gun laws and that should be the state legislature, if a town or city needs to change the law, then approach the legislature, state your case, show how it would improve public safety and let the process do it's thing.
