implementing new gun control legislation in the USA, and for restoring sanity to our streets. The NRA and its apologists from both sides of the aisle can, and must, be made politically impotent.

Support The Brady Campaign, MAIG, VPC, Americans For Responsible Solutions (Gabby Giffords), and other grassroots gun control proponents. Supporting these groups is easy and painless: show up to vote! Don't give the right-wingers and gun nuts easy victories as happened in Colorado. Support these groups monetarily if you can, but voting is more important.

We can win the battle against an ingrained and insidious gun culture in this country if we vote. When the voter turnout is high, Democrats win.
