A divided panel of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that its restrictions on the carrying of concealed weapons violated the Second Amendment.... The good news is that this 2-1 ruling is not the final word.

It's like roulette or shooting crap; gunnuts throw the dice every year & inevitably they'll roll a 7 or hit the mark, & then they latch onto the result & bring in their army of lawyer pigs & master manipulators, & all the legal manipulations they can bring to bear.
.. prime example here, sooner or later 2 of 3 judges will rule pro gun, even tho it had been shot down the previous 10 years or whatever it was. Ninth circuit too, most liberal of all perhaps.
