gun lobby, and its supporters and apologists, are already crying "infringement" because their gun manufacturer idols are being asked to state their positions on corporate responsibility as a requirement to do business with Jersey City.

If, as the right-wing believes, corporations are "people," why is it not allowable to inquire about their character and social responsibilities before doing business with them?

I applaud Mayor Steve Fulop for his stance against the right-wing gun lobby and its manufacturer sponsors who consider profits before social responsibility. As more and more civic-minded politicians stand up to the NRA and its repulsive right-wing supporters, the battle against the obscene proliferation of guns will continue to gain momentum and recognition.

Do your part today to help win the fight against the neoconservative Second Amendment extremists, and those who believe that guns are the basis for ALL American civil liberties. Support a gun control organization of your choice, and ensure that our children will be free from daily gun violence in our homes, streets, and schools.
