the Second Amendment absolutist and the NRA apologist crowd don't want to hear (or read). To them, the Holy Second Amendment protects rapists, domestic abusers, alcoholics, those with anger issues, and anyone else who can pass a cursory "background" check, which allows them to purchase and carry a lethal weapon.

These are just some of the reasons why the United States is the world leader in gun violence and deaths.
