So it isn't five rounds, it's ten. Still I haven't seen any headlines about a letter going out to gun owners demanding the guns be turned in. Perhaps when the time for registration renewal comes around the gun owner will have to show that they are in compliance with the law, ya' know be a law abiding citizen?

I know that CT sent out letters telling gun owners to comply with the assault weapons registration or face discipline but the NYC thing was news to me.
