will act responsibly. There is nothing to keep an non permit holder from carrying a gun if they own one.
All we can really do as far as guns are concerned is to react after some tragic or unlawful event happens.
The way the 2nd Amendment has been interpreted, guns are a part of our culture and we must live with what ever impact on society that has. That's my current view.
