1. Gun violence costs US tax payers $260 billion a year.

There are 123 million households in the US. If the cost of gun violence could be reduced by half the conservative Republican congress could give every household a $1000 tax refund. They don't seem to respond to human death, grief or suffering so maybe we can convince them to respond with a tax cut by reducing the carnage.

It's worth a try, nothing else works.
