He is evil incarnate and so is his wife Lynn and his daughter Liz. They’re his minions. Their life work, their job is him.

Come to think about it the ‘Dick’ Cheney is probably a Malignant Narcissist too. Only he’s smarter than the Ass in the White House. He made sure to keep what he did in the shadows.
