...nursing programs, colleges/universities are pretty snooty about the credentials they demand for their professors. Someone with a bachelor's degree is typically ranked as an instructor. Maybe, maybe, maybe as assistant professor.

McConaughey has a bachelor's degree.

No way someone without the almighty doctorate is going to be a full professor. What the hell is a "professor of practice?"
