I saw "1917" last night. Powerful movie. [View all]

Grim, as you'd expect. But not overly gory. I've seen other movies that were done in one take/shot and the technique seemed to get in the way of the story. But in this film, it was barely noticeable. And I can see why the director used it. It was very effective.
