26. I was disappointed by the ending of Karate Kid. I've always thought an ending that was more

in line with the themes of the movie would have the Kid lose his bout but take pride in giving it his best. The movie wasn't supposed to be about winning. It was about hard work, discipline, and trying your best. This was a typical Hollywood ending. If he had lost he could still get the girl, get an appreciative nod from Sensei, and would have earned the respect of his adversary.
