WW I felt the chronicling of my daily eating habits on the app was a struggle. Friends of mine with who I did in person meetings, seemed to focus on how to “cheat" instead of lifestyle changes.

I do agree with you pointing out that walking is a stress reliever. I work full time in a stressful job as a computer analyst. I'm fortunate to be able to work from home, but I do see a need to get out more frequently for exercise. I may look into getting some counseling for my stress and anxieties which seem to be my overeating triggers.

You are spot on that us caretakers need to take care of US TOO! Thanks again for the suggestions and insight!
