My knees are showing some arthritis pain. My shoulder is pretty bad since I dislocated it with multiple fractures several years ago. The ortho said at the time I was probably gonna have to replace it about now--so I'm aware of how bad it is... Anyway, CBD will always help my knees and sometimes ease the shoulder pain. Lately I'm taking a 2:1 CBD/THC edible at bedtime, and that has helped a great deal. I don't do that during daytime, however, because I'm still working.

A LOT of people have told me that the creams and lotions with both CBD and THC are the bomb for the really bad daytime pains. That's next to try when I go to the dispensary.
