As a San Francisco resident when Ms. Harris started her political career there, and as a CA resident when she moved up to state Attorney General, I think that she is too self-serving and too willing to take up any position that she thinks will get her ahead to serve at the top of an administration: the exact same weaknesses that came across during her primary run.

Of the listed options, I would go for "Someone Else", too, although I wouldn't mind Klobuchar.
