In reply to the discussion: Did Biden Tell Sanders He Will Choose Warren as VP? [View all]The Magistrate
(96,043 posts)Pence began as an AM band hate radio talker. He is an exceptionally smooth liar, and quite adept at the 'Gish gallop' technique, throwing out so many lies so quickly that an opponent faces a difficult choice --- either spend all his or her time trying to refute the lies, which leaves no time for pressing one's own points, or allow the lies to stand unchallenged while pressing one's own points, which the lies left standing will weaken in the minds of an audience. Pence sliced and diced Kaine in 2016. I am not saying the man is invincible, but anyone who goes against him thinking he will be a pushover is almost certain to be defeated.
"When things are not called by their right names, what is said cannot make sense. When what is said does not make sense, what is planned cannot succeed. When plans do not succeed, people become uneasy. When people are uneasy, punishments do not fit crimes. When punishments do not fit crimes, people cannot know where to put hand or foot."
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
