In New York State I needed to have another doctor write one for me! The issue needs to be addressed nationally. The current usurper in The White House has made clear why he opposes that vigorously. We really need to attack these problems state by state, creating activists in every zip code. We might actually take back a few more Senate seats and state legislatures that way. Alas, Democrats just dont seem to take their daily responsibility to learn about - thats key - and interact with government at every level as much as Republicans do. To them its typically as a transactional event, or a form of social bonding.
