The despot brings such incrediblely incompetent people into his administration to run the government.

The government flops and fails due to all the incompetent people running the show.

The despot takes more and more authority over the dysfunctional government to make things run more efficiently and smoothly, as if.

Only the Fuhrer,... oops, I mean DJT can fix it,... because he is such a good executive and chief operating manager.

We don't need layers upon layers of expensive governmental experts,... we just need the Fuhrer to appoint department leaders who will answer each and every becks and calls of Our Dear Beloved Fuhrer djt.
