If he keeps talking eventually through his love of his own voice and his hubris, he will admit his own guilt. After all, he does not say that others did it in that second statement. He is a delusional speech away from his own "You can't handle the truth!" tantrum.

He should still be locked up and is in no way qualified (under the US Constitution) to be given the oath of office of the Presidency, since he remains an insurrectionist.
