It's very clear from the video that the European Union is siding with Ukraine, and funding Ukraine. Do they have the technology and materiel? Can they manufacture all of it, or do they depend on the US?

Trump's pledge was to end the war on Day One and presumably hand Putin the spoils. European democracies have other ideas.
