and has bandwidth problems. For example, Zoom makes it easy to create such recordings without having to deal with software on one's computer.

He's probably aware that this video or that one has bad sound, but it is already done, so it gets published.

He probably does not have much of a technical production staff.

Even with experts, I think it's not possible to muck-up the video once it's been loaded to YouTube.
