At volume. It’s a tactic people are being told to use I understand, and something you need to get ready for.

It makes a stressful situation so much worse and I think that is the goal

In this case, the person who was yelling at him, stood up for himself, but I’m not going to start yelling at people. The conversation is over at that point.
