5. Germany has the world's oldest national social health care insurance system

Introduced in 1883, Accident Insurance Bill in 1884 and Old Age and Disability Bill in 1889.
I wondered about this so I looked it up..Wikipedia. There are 78 countries with universal or free healthcare systems and we ain’t one of em. So..why not?
