4. is there any reason they haven't offically announced the annexation yet?

I mean, it has been pretty obvious for over a year now that that was Bibi's intention once the war started. I understand they didn't want to annex formally before the USA election, so drumpf could use the war against Harris, but there doesn't seem to be any reason to deny it anymore........

unless maybe he's afraid if he does so, the Congress might pass some sort of resolution against Bibi which Biden might sign, so he has to wait until drumpf is sworn in formally?
