It would be an attempt to do what the current MSM seems incapable or unwilling to do--separate the nonsense from the stuff that has serious implications for all of us. Won't be easy because the distractions are given equal time and equal importance in the tangled mix, sometimes more because of the entertainment factor.

It's a large part of Agent Orange's appeal to devoted MAGA types--the hilarious bad boy. I've never understood it but it's a thing.

So let's try it. If it becomes a headache and/or unwieldy? Go on to something else. At least it's an attempt to do something different, rather than endlessly complaining about the state of American journalism. I'm as a guilty as anyone on that front.
