67. Yeah he's shitting on some Dems too.

Yesterday

(ahem) IT worker here. Software engineer, architect, project manager, depending on the day and hour and what particular item the boss decides is today's emergency. US born of 3rd generation Americans. Surrounded almost exclusively by non US citizen colleagues EXCEPT when I work on specific programs that are export-controlled. (Export-controlled = only US citizens are allowed to work on them. Expecting even that to change if Eloon and Viveek get their way)

Getting very tired of being shit on by most sides of this debate - tired of being told essentially that "Americans are too stupid to do this work" - but it is somewhat amusing to see the anti-immigrant MAGA cultists seeing the sheet whisked away from this monstrosity they elected, and realizing the switch part of the bait and switch.
