I think the shock of seeing this type of graffiti is more pronounced now precisely because extremist groups are growing closer and closer to the thrones of power. It never loses its shock value, at least for me.

This means the 10th year anniversary of the attack on the Bataclan Theater is coming up later this year. I didn't know until moments ago that there was an antisemitic nexus there too:

The Bataclan theatre had been threatened a number of times because of its support for Jewish organizations and Israel.[41] Two Jewish brothers, Pascal and Joël Laloux,[42][43] owned the Bataclan for more than 40 years before selling it in September 2015.[44] In 2011, a group calling itself Army of Islam told French security services they had planned an attack on the Bataclan because its owners were Jewish.[41][45][46][47]
