5. The difference between progressive lip service and real progressive activism

just about EVERY Dem talks a good line about progressive ideas because that's where the public is. The public supports progressive policies across the board to the tune of 60%, 70%, 80%

The candidates who are generating enthiasm aren't kust talking empty platitures, They have real proposals for taxing the right, prevening AI data centers, getting AIPAC and Russia out of our government and so on.

Mainers chose Platner, I believe, because they thought it was more than just empty words from him. I hope they have the wosdom to not fall back to an "empty suit" in the aftermath of this ordeal.
