If I have it correct, the opportunities for refusal to dispense or administer are many - ethical, moral or disagreement on a scientific basis among them. My only question is whether the nursing staff have the same rights of refusal as pharmacists and physicians. Didn’t seem like it.


Seems like it is designed more to feed the MAGA cult a treat.
