keeping it all out of organic agriculture.

Nothing that has the NOP organic seal on it is allowed to have used any sewage sludge as fertilizer.

All records were broken by people writing to the USDA to be sure that no sewage sludge would be allowed to be used in organic agriculture. This article articulatesis exactly why we fought so hard to keep it out.

That some no name entity is claiming sewage sludge is "organic" needs to be reported. There are criminal fines that can be levied against them. That is what we fought for for decades. Organically grown products are actually defined and this means quite a bit, despite what all the naysayers have to say about it.
