11. I normally would've made a seitan ham or turkey roast...

… but I’ve been stressed over the last two months because our landlord is selling, we have to be out by Dec. 6th, and are still waiting for approval on the only place we can afford (fingers crossed for Monday!), held up because my son’s been laid off until hurricane damage is cleared up from Helene AND Milton, AND his car was badly damaged by the latter when a tree fell on it and shattered the windshield. Haven’t been eating or sleeping well for weeks, losing weight (normally would be a good thing but I’m in starvation mode). Tonight, I managed a decent serving of Japanese fried rice, biggest meal I’ve had in weeks.

Stirring the cauldron for an okay on the rental. Never had stress like this before and it sucks the big weenie. Florida is not the place you want to be!
