23. Try a chiropractor

I walked around with neck pain for 30 years from a car accident. Went to an orthopedist, a physical therapist, nothing helped. Finally got to the point where I couldn't turn my head and my friend told me to try a chiropractor. I did and after 3 months of treatment, I was fixed. Never hurt again after 20 years.

I think your dentist threw you out of alignment. All your symptoms point to your neck being out of alignment, especially the headaches.
