(89 posts)70. I still love watching
these Christmas classics and so do my kids and grandkids. Rudolph, Charlie Brown, etc. were first aired when I was in high school. When I was younger, I remember tv shows such as Andy Griffith, Ozzie and Harriet, Lassie, Donna Reed had Christmas episodes. Sometime in the 80s, The Snowman (based on the Raymond Briggs picture book)was first aired. It does not have dialogue-the music is wonderful and we always choke up at the end. Two movies I have recently discovered that I really like are Love the Coopers and This is Christmas . Reading all these posts brings back so many good memories. Thanks everyone!
