Payne glasses
Vooglam if you're looking for crazy
Aoolia
Lensmart.

Sometimes they have frames for 10 cents.

I check for the frames from low to high, and most of the time I can get frames from $1 to 10. I just bought a pair of glasses, total 12.95, but then I had to pay 6 for shipping. I don't think I have ever paid more than 25-30 for my glasses.
