No fireworks, but some pretty spectacular thunder and lightning. Also pouring rain.

I feel really sorry for the dogs. It never bothered my cats. But my dogs it always bothered. Happy New Years.

here in tuolumne county ca and sonora ca , about 3 hours east of san farnsico, fireworks and gunfire , briefly.

Nope. We don't do fireworks in Michigan in December, lol. At least in my part of the state.

Around midnight we heard a few nearby but compared to what we used to experience in Los Angeles it was miniscule.
