Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan of the Turtles also recorded a lot as Flo & Eddie, including with T.Rex/Marc Bolan.

Producer Tony Visconti wrote in his bio that they rehearsed this song at Kaylan's Laurel Canyon home before recording it the next day:
